Tell us what kind of business you are in, and we will select 4 templates for you to choose from. We will purchase a domain name for one year, set up the hosting for one year, install your theme and add your content. This offer costs $450 per year and is a great choice for an individual or business looking to have a web presence.
Once you decide on the template ‘Look and Feel’ your site will be ready in 96 hours! (96 hour timeframe commences upon you choosing a template, receipt of your text and images)
Template Conditions
And a time frame of 96 hours the following conditions must be met:
- The number of pages in your chosen template must match the number of pages you want in your site.
- If you want 5 pages (menu items) on your website you must choose a template with 5 pages, which we can determine in our free consultation.
- Your finished websites’ ‘Look and Feel’ must keep its original look and feel of the template other than your logo, page names and body content.
- The template chosen cannot be a flash website. Additional charges will apply if you would like a flash site.
- You must supply us with all your content before the 72 hours are in effect.
- ‘Content’ is defined as:
- A quality company logo of your business in digital format.
- Web site name and catch phrase (if you want one).
- The name of your pages (IE. Home, About us, Contact, etc.).
- All text to include in your pages. (content may be changed once the site is completed, charged at our regular hourly rate.)
- All images you want included in the body. Images must be in digital format and of good quality.
Urban Web requires a 60% deposit of the total price before any work will commence. GST applies.
Add-ons
Some template clients will require some additional content or item. The following are a list of chargable items at our regular hourly rate:
- Flash pages or flash elements.
- Additonal number of pages or additional menus or menu items that are not the same quantity of your original chosen template.
- Logo creation.
- Scanning or ‘fixing’ of supplied images.
- Pictures, icons or logos (ie. logos or icons that link to other sites that you may want included) for the content of your site that exceed 25.
- For example; if you have 5 main pages you would be allowed 5 pictures/logos per page, or some combination thereof.
- Custom web forms.
- Add-ons such as:
- Shopping cart or other e-commerce components.
- Bulletin Board.
- Blog.
- Guest book.
- Any other ‘script’ type add-ons.
Graphic Design Rates (stand alone)
Our graphic design rates do not apply when we are contracted to build a website for you. But if you wish graphic design for logos, letter heads or photo management, compilation or manipulation; our rates are $90 per hour.
