The expansive grounds support hospitality tents for your sit down reception, offer a garden latticed pergola for your ceremony, and garden furniture throughout the Estate creating outdoor ‘rooms’ for intimate conversations. Each of the feature areas are ideal settings for your wedding photography.
Rental of Estate for your wedding and/or reception includes pre wedding site inspection, one hour rehearsal time, access to grounds and gardens for the event, ceremony pergola, registration room, table and chair, Bride's preparation room, Bridal Party assembly room, up to 50 chairs for ceremony, garden furniture, free on site parking, parking attendant, on site event assistant, washroom facilities, photography opportunities and honeymoon gift.

Yellow Point Estate is pleased to refer clients to local wedding suppliers such as florists, decorators, caterers/serving equipment, tent rentals, marriage officiators, or photographers. Soft music is acceptable (guitar, harp, violin, flute or soft jazz). Amplified music must be pre approved by Yellow Point Estate. All matters concerning the purchase, licensing and serving of alcohol on the Estate for and during the event are the responsibility of the client. Hosted bars only.
